The Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of DTR Labs (“DTR Labs”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”), and our application, https://digitaltoretail.com/ (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process Personal Information in connection with our Services.

The Information the App Collects

After you install the App, we will collect the following information from your Store:

  • Total price of order
• Store owner

  • Country
  • ZIP code
  • City
  • Phone number
• App utilization
  • Date of installation, upgrade, uninstallation.

  • All operations inside the App.
• Device used
• Browser information (type, version, language)
• Operating system
• Contact via Live Chat window.

How Do We Collect the Data?

We collect information through your Shopify account via Shopify Admin Rest APIs, and we collect information on the end user that visits the landing pages via Google Analytics.

The Information the App doesn’t Collect

For order data, we only collect Order ID and Total price of order. We don’t collect, use or store information such as customer names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, geolocations, and IP addresses.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We use the collected information in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Store Information: To support all of the features in the App and allow for the App to work as it is intended Order Information: To pull in historical order information that allows us to personalize pages for the end user Store Owner: To communicate and provide you with information relating to our product and services The App Usage: To improve the App experience for our users Data from End User: To help us enhance the pages we build to improve the performance for DTR Labs’ users and improve the end experience for the end user

Sharing the Information

We may share the Information we collect to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. However, we will only share this information to a third party with your consent.

How to Limit the Use Of or Modify Your Information

We want to communicate with you only to the extent you want to hear from us. Any promotional email we send to you will include an “unsubscribe” link to use or a link to opt-out of receiving further promotional emails from the sender. If you wish to set your preferences concerning promotional communications, including newsletters and targeted marketing, please let us know by contacting us as noted below in the “How to Contact Us” section and identify your preferences regarding promotional communications. Your instructions will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable and in accordance with law.

Data Retention

We may retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, or until you request us to stop using it. We may, however, keep some of your personal information to ensure that we comply with your request not to use your personal information or comply with your right to erasure. For example, we must keep your request to be erased, even if it includes your personal data, until such time as you are no longer our customer.

California Residents

If you live in California and use DTR Labs, you have additional rights when it comes to your data. You can ask DTR Labs to delete the personal information we have about you. You can ask DTR Labs for a list of the categories of personal information we have about you, the categories of sources from which we get personal information, the business purposes for which we collect personal information, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared. You can ask DTR Labs for a copy of the pieces of personal information we have about you. To exercise any of these rights, you can contact us by email at jkrass@lunarsolargroup.com. The personal information we collect falls into the following categories as set out under California law: identifiers, geolocation, internet activity, commercial information. DTR Labs does not currently support “Do Not Track” browser settings at this time. Lastly, California residents also have the right to request this information in an accessible alternative format. If you have a disability and would like to access this privacy policy in an alternative format, please contact us by email or mail as detailed below. DTR Labs was created for the use of adults (18 and older). If you are a child under 18, please do not attempt to register for DTR Labs’ products, or send DTR Labs any personal information. Any personal information of someone under 18 that DTR Labs collects will be deleted as quickly as possible. If you are a parent or guardian of a child who may have given DTR Labs personal information, please contact us by email at jkrass@lunarsolargroup.com. DTR Labs does not knowingly collect, or solicit, personal information from children.

Changes

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time in the future. Any changes will be posted here and reflect the date of such changes on the first page of this Privacy Policy. We advise you to check back frequently to see any updates or changes. By using the App and the Service, after such changes take effect, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the revised Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, of which this Policy is a part.
